In 2006 she captured the fashion industry by storm and belongs to the coveted newcomers. Mikhaylik walked for major designers such as Jil Sandor, Kenzo, Dolce & Gabbana, Alice Roi, Marni and Blugirl and was present in the DKNY, Marc by Marc Jacobs as well as Doo.Ri ready to wear fall/winter 2007 shows in London and Paris. Apart from that she appeared in advertisements for Lacoste and Pennyblack. In 2007 Mikhaylik back out of modeling for a while and went back to university and center her son Markus. Soon after she appeared in several editorials for magazine such as Rushian Elle, Italian Vogue, Italian Glamour, Spur and Marie Claire. Furthermore she graced the covers of Ginza, the Japan Nylon as well as she was photographed for the Dolce&Gabbana look book 2008 and To The Max advertisements. In addition to that she walked for Tracy Reese, Douglas Hammant, Betsey Johnson and Verrier in the fall/winter shows 08/09 in New York.
